ClearCo Exteriors provides residential and commercial window cleaning services, including exterior, interior, and full-service packages.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of estimate

  • Final pricing may change based on actual conditions at the job site

  • Discounts and promotions apply as stated and may be subject to conditions

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled in advance

  • We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Weather conditions may require rescheduling

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept approved payment methods as communicated at booking

5. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages related to:

  • Quotes

  • Scheduling

  • Service updates

  • Billing and follow-ups

You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP.

6. Satisfaction & Liability

  • We strive to provide high-quality service

  • Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service

  • ClearCo Exteriors is insured, but is not responsible for pre-existing damage or improperly installed windows

7. Safety & Access

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to all service areas

  • Secure pets and remove obstacles

  • Ensure water and/or power access if needed

8. Service Plans (If Applicable)

  • Recurring service plans require commitment as outlined at signup

  • Discounts apply after the initial cleaning

  • Early cancellation may affect promotional pricing

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
